Boxing Circuit Training........
Our strength club looks to teach people how to safely and efficiently perform Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press.
We work with a max of 6 people per session and really focus on getting the fundamentals correct. Then we work on getting people stronger! Everyone who comes regularly has seen big improvements in technique and in top end strength as well.
If you are interested in joining the private facebook group for this club please let me know and I will add you. Places are allocated on a first come first serve basis and places are limited.
Our Bootcamp runs every Saturday morning and has the bonus of offering indoor and outdoor options to fit any weather conditions!

We mix it up every week working on all aspects of fitness giving you a great workout to start off the weekend. For more information contact us and we will send you the details.
PT Boxing Circuit classes can be offered onsite pretty much anywhere there is enough space for the number of people attending the class.
Classes run for 45mins to 1 hour and will include a warm-up, boxing and other martial arts style training. This is focused on the fitness aspect of training not to train people to fight! Then we add in some bodyweight circuit training to ensure people leave feeling like they have had a great workout.
We find a lot of people really enjoy this class as something very different to the standard exercise class offerings that are available. Booking is usually done in blocks of 4 sessions in advance.
